Deployment options vary depending on each organisation’s circumstances. When selecting the most appropriate approach, several factors should be considered, including: budget, resource availability, operational complexity, familiarity with technology applications, change management capability, initiative capacity, and project management capability.
If your site has strong capability across these areas, a Light Touch deployment may be appropriate. However, if some or all of these capabilities are limited, a Hybrid or Turnkey deployment may be a more suitable option.
