Each pack is for 5 downtime points.

Minimum Ongoing Subscription
A minimum FixedPlantIQ subscription includes:
- One pack of production or downtime points, and
- One pack of concurrent user licences
Most ongoing subscriptions start from approximately
AUD $2,500 per month, with pricing scaling based on:
- Number of monitored assets or measurements
- Number of concurrent users
- Scope of production tracking
One-Off Startup Costs
FixedPlantIQ deployments include a minimum one-off startup cost of AUD $10,000.
This startup package covers:
- Initial deployment of the software
- Engagement with site IT and OT teams
- Installation and environment setup
- 10 hours of configuration training and on-call support for site engineers
This approach ensures the system is deployed correctly, knowledge is transferred to site personnel, and the site can become self-sufficient quickly.
What is Included in Subscription?
All FixedPlantIQ subscriptions include:
- On-premise deployment within the OT network
- Access to all software functionality
- In-application configuration tools

There are no additional charges for features, modules, or reporting capabilities.
