 Pricing is simple. FixedPlantIQ consists of a one-off deployment fee followed by an annual software subscription. The subscription is billed annually in advance and covers a 12-month term, typically running from January through December. Subscription pricing is based on your selected software modules and user licences, while deployment costs depend on the implementation option chosen for your operation. 

Your annual subscription includes software licensing, access to all selected FixedPlantIQ modules and user licenses, software updates, security patches, technical support via our service desk. The subscription also provides access to future software enhancements released during your subscription term.

 FixedPlantIQ is deployed exclusively on premises within your organization's IT environment. This approach provides the highest level of security, ensuring your operational data remains under your control and within your network. It also enables integration with plant control systems and operational technology (OT) networks while meeting the strict cybersecurity and compliance requirements commonly found in mining and industrial operations. 

 If you need additional measures or user licenses, simply raise a support ticket or contact our support team. Once approved, the additional measures or licenses will be enabled in your system. Any increase will be reflected as a pro-rata adjustment to your annual subscription, effective from the date the additional capacity is activated. 

 Yes. FixedPlantIQ includes built-in configuration tools that allow your team to configure and maintain your solution without requiring software changes. We also provide training and technical support to help your team get the most from the platform. If preferred, our consultants can perform the configuration on your behalf or assist with more complex configuration requirements.
