CCD - Slaker

1. Login and Navigate to CCD – Shift Information

1. Login into Optimum and navigate to the Data Portal.
2. Under Data Portal, click Shift Logs and expand the CCD section.
3. Click CCD – Slaker to open the data entry form.
   
   

Under Select Data Period, choose the shift you want to enter.

Shift Status Types:

• Not Entered – No data saved
• Unconfirmed – Data saved but not confirmed
• Confirmed – Finalised and locked

3. Entering Slaker Data

Enter values for the fileds

Slaker Run Hours

• Slaker #1
• Slaker #2

Pebble Tanker Unload (Ton)

Enter tonnage for:

• UI
• Pentawire

Enter Values for

• HL Mixing

Shift End Lime Tank Level (%)

Enter tank levels at end of shift:

• TK 015
• TK 016
• Silo

Lime Density

Enter the lime density reading for the shift.

30mm Ball Charge (kg)

Enter ball charge values for:

• Slaker #1
• Slaker #2

Mill Slaker (amp)

Enter mill slaker amperage for:

• Slaker #1
• Slaker #2

• Click Save at the bottom of the form to store the shift entry.
• Once saved, the shift becomes Unconfirmed.

• After saving, you may confirm the entry if you have the required access.
• Confirming locks the shift — no further changes can be made unless it is unconfirmed first.

• Click Unconfirm if you need to edit a confirmed entry (access‑dependent).

• Deletes the shift entry (only available to authorised users).
