Missing Production data

Symptoms

  • The Production view does not have data.

Diagnosis

  • Note the dates where Production is zero.
  • Note the type of Period of the Measured area (from Configuration).

Solution

  • Check that the Interface and Metric service is running

    • If one of the services isn't running, check the logs for any exceptions before attempting to start the service.
    • If it fails, check one of the following:
      • Licence is valid
      • Database connection string is correct
      • Check the logs for any exceptions
  • Reset the processing
    • Stop the Metrics service
    • Delete the data in production for the measured area
    • Restart Metrics service
