Missing Production data
Symptoms

The Production view does not have data.
Diagnosis
- Note the dates where Production is zero.
- Note the type of Period of the Measured area (from Configuration).
Solution

Check that the Interface and Metric service is running
- If one of the services isn't running, check the logs for any exceptions before attempting to start the service.
- If it fails, check one of the following:
- Licence is valid
- Database connection string is correct
- Check the logs for any exceptions
- Reset the processing
- Stop the Metrics service
- Delete the data in production for the measured area
- Restart Metrics service
