Downtime graph is showing a flat line
Symptoms

A Downtime Unit is showing a flat line graph.
Diagnosis
- A flat line on the graph means that there are not Timeseries data received from the Data Historian.
Solution
- Check that the Interface service is running, check the logs for any exceptions before attempting to start the service.
- If it fails, check one of the following:
- Licence is valid
- Database connection string is correct
- Data Historian connection details is correct.
- Specifically, check for:

- Username
- Password

- Use the Test Connection to validate Data Historian connection details.
- Specifically, check for:
- If it fails, check one of the following:
- Verify that the Tag is correct.
- Check the last data received for the Tag
