What Deployment Options Are There?

What Deployment & Implementation options are there?

FixedPlantIQ Deployment Options

FixedPlantIQ provides three deployment options designed to match different levels of internal capability, site complexity, and implementation support requirements. Customers can choose between a fully managed implementation, a shared implementation model, or a guided self-deployment approach.

The cost of deployment varies depending on the selected model, the number of reporting points being configured, and the level of implementation support required. Deployment models that involve greater FixedPlantIQ implementation involvement typically have higher professional services costs, while models with greater customer participation reduce implementation costs.

Turnkey Deployment

Turnkey Deployment is a fully managed, end-to-end implementation delivered by the FixedPlantIQ team. FixedPlantIQ manages the full project including planning, system configuration, installation, commissioning, training, and go-live support. This option is ideal for organisations that prefer a structured implementation with minimal internal resource requirements and full expert guidance.

Hybrid Deployment

Hybrid Deployment is a shared implementation model where FixedPlantIQ performs the core system setup and configuration while the customer leads internal rollout, communication, and adoption activities at the site. A nominated site champion works closely with the implementation team to support configuration and training. This option balances expert support with internal ownership and cost efficiency.

Lite Touch Deployment

Lite Touch Deployment is a guided self-configuration model designed for organisations with capable internal resources. FixedPlantIQ provides technical setup, administrator training, and advisory support, while the customer leads system configuration, user training, and rollout activities. This model provides maximum internal ownership with minimal professional services involvement.
