How to use the Quick Classification 

A quick classification is a predetermined classification for a common issue in the plant. This feature will only be available if the system has been configured for it and quick classifications have been defined.

Open the Classification Screen:

 

There are thee ways to do this:

  1. Double click on the event in the data grid.
  2. Right click the event and select Edit from the menu.
  3. Select the event and click on the Edit button at the bottom of the screen.

Quick Classifications:

  1. Click on the Quick Classifications tab. You will see a list of pre-defined classifications.
  2. Choose the appropriate by ticking the box.
  3. Save and close.

Using the quick classification feature in Fixd Plant IQ minimizes the time required to classify a common production loss event.

  • If there is no matching quick classification, a custom classification is required.
  • If there are no quick classifications defined, the screen will default to the custom classification tab.
